About the event
Join us for a morning yoga flow on Wednesday and Friday Mornings* at 8 am at the re/creation center. This Friday's instructor is Vanessa Blais.
Enjoy the benefits of a rhythmic vinyasa flow with or without chaturangas. Classes vary from week to week and incorporate sequences for all levels. Props are encouraged and cued as needed..
Start your day off on the right foot with Yoga in the re/creation center, next door to re/creation cafe - The cafe opens at 9 am. Coffee and Pastries will be available for purchase in the cafe after Yoga has ended.
*Some Wednesdays and Fridays may be subject to change depending upon schedule and availability. Please refer to event calendar for the most up to date info.
