About the event
Join our Sunset Saturdays FREE community yoga session led by Lauren Naomi. These classes are designed for all people and all levels. No experience or equipment needed, so no more excuses. Just show up and let us help you with the rest.
Start your month off right and treat yourself to some restorative yoga flow in the re/creation center, next to re/creation cafe. Class starts at 9 am and runs for 1 hour. Enjoy the benefits of a rhythmic vinyasa flow with or without chaturangas. Classes vary and incorporate sequences for all levels. If you don't have a mat, one will be provided for you. Dress in comfortable clothing or activewear, and be sure to bring water and a towel. Join us afterwards at the cafe for food & refreshments.
