About the event
These mat classes are the foundation for your fitness and finesse. This is where we create balance in your body and improve posture and power through controlled movement and breath. Ready to feel ten feet tall?
Classes are taught by Danah Matthews - Danah has been a Showgirl for 20 years; from principal dancer at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, to leading Diva of Italian TV, to coaching Hollywood stars. She has perfected techniques that will teach you how to move with grace and sensuality and make you feel more confident, more rooted in your femininity and in command of your body.
Please bring a mat and some water, no other props are necessary. If you don't have a mat, you may rent one from re/creation center for $3.
